A Letter From Our President, Bella Bilec

Hello from the Alpha Theta Chapter of Tri Delta at the University of Pittsburgh!

We are a sisterhood built on genuine friendship, personal growth, and a commitment to serving others. Our chapter at Pitt is a close-knit and supportive community of women who strive to uplift one another and make a positive impact on our campus and beyond. We take pride in building meaningful relationships and creating a sisterhood that lasts far beyond our college years.

Rooted in Tri Delta’s Purpose, which calls us to “steadfastly love one another” and develop strong character through loyalty and unselfish leadership, our chapter is guided by values of kindness, compassion, and service. One of the causes closest to our hearts is our national philanthropy, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Through fundraising events and awareness efforts, we are proud to support St. Jude’s mission to advance lifesaving research and ensure that no family ever receives a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food. Our commitment to St. Jude has brought our sisters together while allowing us to make a meaningful impact beyond our chapter.

Personally, Tri Delta has been one of the most meaningful parts of my college experience. It has given me lifelong friendships, a strong sense of belonging, and countless opportunities to grow as a person and a leader. I am incredibly grateful for the women who have supported me throughout my time at Pitt and for the opportunity to serve as Chapter President. I am so proud of the sisterhood we have built at Alpha Theta and excited for all that we continue to accomplish together.
