Chapter Recruitment: A Word of Advice for Potential PNMs

I remember being a PNM like it was yesterday and feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and excited all at once! Just remember that so many PNMs are feeling the same way, and you are never alone throughout the process. My biggest piece of advice is to never change yourself for a person or a chapter. Stay true to who you are and trust yourself!Recruitment is such a special opportunity to learn about each chapter, discover what is important to you, and find the people who make you feel most like yourself. Take it all in, enjoy every moment, and remember that the right sisterhood is one where you feel supported, valued, and completely yourself.
