Chapter Recruitment: A Word of Advice for Potential PNMs

I remember being a PNM like it was yesterday and feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and excited all at once! Remember that every PNM is feeling this way, and you are not alone. The best advice I could give to PNMs is to never change yourself for a person or a chapter. Stay true to you! It's important to find YOUR people and find a sisterhood that provides you with so much unconditional love and support. The recruitment process is such a special opportunity to learn about every chapter and their passions, as well as yourself!
